Antonina Yaholnyk, Managing Partner, and Anastasiia Zeleniuk, Associate, analysed the proposed amendments to Ukrainian competition laws. The proposed changes are expected to be adopted this autumn and are aimed at far-reaching reform of Ukrainian competition law, which includes amended merger control rules, changes to dawn raid procedures, a revival of the leniency and introduction of the settlement procedure.
